Springtime is in the air! Every year, travellers anticipate the cherry blossom season across countries like South Korea and Japan. However, plans to catch them this year have been shelved due to COVID-19. To those desperately seeking a sakura escapade, Gardens by the Bay will be launching a new sakura floral display. The best part? Hello Kitty makes a guest appearance too!

Sakura floral display
Immerse yourself in a quasi-Japanese experience as you enter through torii gates to the sakura floral display. In addition to sakura blossoms, visitors can expect to view momo (peach blossoms) and Tancho, the elegant Japanese red-crowned cranes.
Also, other attractions at Gardens by the Bay sakura floral display include local rickshaws and nodate, a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. You can look forward to the Japanese art of fabric wrapping — furoshiki, with a picnic spread laid out!
Don’t forget to join Hello Kitty as she brings you on a stunning flower viewing itinerary for a magical experience.
