The lovely island of Tasmania features a spectacular rock formation that is sought after by climbers around the world. The naturally occurring ‘Totem Pole’ does not have any spiritual significance unlike the usual totems used for rituals and religious activities. This 65-metre pole is considered a miracle of nature. With the constant surge of the ocean waves, it should have collapsed many years ago. Despite the risk of collapsing and the difficult ascent, many daredevils have attempted to conquer this dangerously stunning piece of rock.
