Manta Reef in Tofo, Mozambique is a world famous spot where you can get up close and personal with the manta rays. It’s not really a natural habitat or breeding place of the manta rays. Instead, it serves as a cleaning place where schools of cleaner fish remove the parasites and dead skin of the manta rays.
