TripZilla is Runner-Up in MOM’s Harmony @ Workplaces Contest

TripZilla wins big in the Ministry of Manpower’s Harmony @ Workplaces Photo Contest.

TripZilla was named as one of the top winners in the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) Harmony @ Workplaces Photo Contest today. Organised as a part of MOM’s Community Engagement Programme, the Harmony @ Workplaces Photo Contest is part of ongoing initiatives to build socially harmonious workplaces by promoting understanding and bonding between colleagues of different races and religions.

370 photos were submitted by 270 companies, and TripZilla received the second prize in this competition, recognising the organisational harmony shown in their photo entry. Mr Felix Ong, MOM’s Director of Labour Relations said, “The creative entries and comments shared by the participants have provided insights and inspiration to what it means to create an inclusive workplace culture.”

TripZilla’s photo entry was taken during a team building outing, where the company participated in kayaking together at East Coast Park. Through a day of outdoor sports, cooperation and camaraderie were built within the company, contributing to a more amicable workplace.

Together with the other winning photographs, TripZilla’s entry will be showcased in a photo exhibition at The Ministry of Manpower’s Services Centre from July 21 to August 4.
