1. The White Rabbit

Set in a beautifully restored 1930s chapel, The White Rabbit has the perfect ambience for a charming date, day or night. The restaurant serves modern European Classics such as Basque-style chicken, ocean trout and lavender honey glazed duck. In the garden, The Rabbit Hole bar serves up premium gin and wine.

This popular hangout in Kandahar Street is part cafe part rooftop bar. The laidback atmosphere and cushy seating are perfect for a relaxing brunch. Upstairs, delicious and unique cocktails are expertly created just for you. It’s a lovely and intimate setting to enjoy a few evening drinks.
3. Lewin Terrace

Lewin Terrace is set in a pretty black and white bungalow in Fort Canning. Experience French-Japanese fusion cuisine while looking out onto lush greenery. The restaurant is a popular venue for intimate wedding events and it’s not hard to see why, with its airy alfresco seating and simple yet elegant decor. Don’t forget to try the carefully selected sake pairings while you’re here.

4. The Singapore Flyer

A touristy spot but worth a visit nonetheless! You’ll get incredible views over the city, but make sure you check the forecast first so that bad weather doesn’t spoil your day. If you have cash to splash, book the Flyer’s fine dining experience. Guests are served dinner in a capsule shared with other diners. If you’re looking for a private space, whole capsules are available but be prepared to pay a premium for your special occasion.

6. Mount Faber

Get outdoorsy with your date and explore the paths of Mount Faber. On your way to the top, there are a few quiet spots where you can rest if you need a break. The reward is definitely the view once you reach Faber peak. The cityscape is even more spectacular at sunset. There are also dining options on the peak if you’re feeling hungry after the climb, or hop aboard a cable car for a ride to Harbourfront and Sentosa.

Scrumptious chilli crab and crispy cereal prawns – what more could a date want? Feast on fresh crab, fish and prawns by the seaside at one of the many seafood restaurants on the island. Jumbo and Long Beach are classic East Coast seafood joints that offer tasty dishes near the beach.
