The City of Arts and Sciences was built atop a dried riverbed, which formed into a picturesque scenery of a sunken park. It is considered an impressive modern building, and is an important tourist destination in the city of Valencia, Spain.
After a visit to the interactive museum, the surrounding beautiful streams and pools of water also attracted a lot of people to take a slow stroll by the day, and chilling out at an alfresco bar by night, making it both a relaxing, and an educational city.
