Kotuwa pays homage to chef-owner Rishi Naleendra’s Sri Lankan heritage by treating guests to tasteful noshes reminiscent of the country. Savour the medley of flavours in fares like: Pol Sambol (fresh shredded coconut with chilli and lime); Isso Devil (succulent prawns stir-fried with ginger, chilli, and tomatoes); and Hopper (a rice and coconut crepe).
