The TS1 shuttle operates six times daily from Changi Airport Terminal 1 Arrival Coach Bay Lot B/C, with the first bus departing at 8:15 AM and the last bus leaving at 9:15 PM. The return journey from Johor Bahru also offers six daily trips, with the first bus starting at 5:00 AM and the last departing at 7:15 PM.
Important things to note and terms & conditions
- Passengers are advised to wait at the designated pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Check the latest bus schedule on the Transtar Travel website as timings might change.
- This offer is valid up to 7 days before and after your Scoot flight’s departure and arrival dates (one-way transfer per passenger).
- Passengers are allowed one carry-on and one check-in luggage (up to 28 inches) on the shuttle. Additional luggage requires purchasing extra tickets.
To redeem your complimentary shuttle bus ticket, simply visit Transtar TS1 redemption and submit your details online at least 72 hours but no more than 30 days before your arrival or departure at Changi Airport.
