Glass floors are increasingly becoming a tourist hype. After Eiffel Tower, here comes London Tower Bridge with a new glass floor offering a spectacular view of the city – from the stunning buildings and buzzing vehicles to the lovely vessels sailing the River Thames.

It may be daunting to look down straight from a 42-metre drop, but the team behind it assures the 11 metres long and 1.8 metres wide glass floor is strong enough to keep you safe above. At the moment, only the West Walkway of the Tower Bridge Exhibition is open. The East Walkway will soon open on December 1 – just in time for the holiday season.
