Honduras Forms the World’s Largest Human Christmas Tree

If Brazil has the tallest floating Christmas tree, Honduras has the largest human Christmas tree. Formed by 2,945 people at the Democracy Plaza of the Presidential House in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, this human Christmas tree now holds the record for the largest human Christmas tree in the world.

This record-breaking event was officially certified by the Guinness World Records on December 1 and the certificate was received by Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez. The Hondurans are very lucky to kick off the Christmas season with a momentous world record!
