Chang Sensory Trails 2017: A Thai Food & Beer Festival Happening 7-8 July 2017

For its second year, the Chang Sensory Trails is hitting Singapore’s shores this 7-8 July at The Promontory, Marina Bay.

Debuted last year, the Chang Sensory Trails is back again this 7-8 July 2017 at The Promontory, Marina Bay. This gastronomical festival is a multi-sensorial playground centered on iconic Thai flavors, and aims to deliver ‘the unexpected’ by introducing the world to a modern, refreshing take on Thai food, art and music.

The food

Singapore’s finest Thai restaurants are teaming up with Chef Bo and Chef Dylan – a hugely influential duo in the Thai cuisine scene – offering up a tantalising selection of dishes. With no shortage of fresh and bold flavours, Chang Sensory Trails will offer up a stellar lineup of food.

Expect unprecedented food combinations like Tom yum lobster bisque, watermelon fried rice, and even… green curry ice-cream.

Win a seat at the exclusive Chef’s Table

The husband and wife team will be personally presenting their interpretations of iconic Thai dishes for up to 80 guests, in a single “course-prohibited” serving.

VIP Chef’s Table tickets will be given away on Chang Beer’s Facebook page.

The music & arts

Not confined to just tastes and smells, Chang Sensory Trails promises to be a feast for all the senses. Event goers can groove to funk, soul, indie and electro, with musical performances from the likes of O.K Ready, Astronauts and The Good Life Project.

Visitors can also expect to explore and scale the “Herb Hill”, an aromatic art installation built on the foundations of Thai cooking – its iconic ingredients.

Photo spots & decorations

Food and music aside, the festival site is photogenically decked with Chang’s signature hues of whites and greens – perfect to keep them good vibes brewing.
