On Monday, 11 Oct 2021, the United Kingdom removed the Philippines and 46 more countries from its travel “red list.” Fully vaccinated travellers from the Philippines with a valid visa can now visit the UK without the need to undergo quarantine at a hotel.
No quarantine for fully vaccinated travellers from the Philippines entering the UK
If you have been fully vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved by the UK government, you will not have to quarantine upon arrival. Furthermore, you will only need to take a COVID-19 test on your second day in the UK, according to the British Embassy in Manila.
Fully vaccinated travellers must bring a valid vaccine certificate issued by the Philippine government showing that they have received the complete doses of one of the following vaccines at least 14 days before their arrival in the UK:
- Oxford/AstraZeneca
- Pfizer BioNTech
- Moderna
- Janssen

- Complete a passenger locator form 48 hours before arrival
- Book and pay for COVID-19 tests ahead of the trip
- Quarantine at home or in your accommodations for 10 days, then take pre-booked COVID-19 test on or before Day 2 and on or after Day 8 after arrival in the UK
