Why we’re excited to watch the World Cup at Lau Pa Sat

The event — aptly called Football Fiesta @ Lau Pa Sat — will be held from 21 Nov to 18 Dec 2022. It will screen most of the scheduled FIFA World Cup matches live on a mega 130-inch LED screen. Beyond the exciting food selection that this heritage food hall is famous for, fans can expect additional F&B promotions, live band performances, and other fun offerings.

The iconic hawker centre can seat up to 60 pax, but we recommend coming earlier to get the seats you prefer. As mentioned, admission is free, but you’ll probably want to spend a few bucks on food and drinks. We’re only talking about the world’s largest football event, after all!
