If you’re planning a trip to Indonesia, there’s a new entry requirement you need to know about. The country has started rolling out a new digital arrival card called All Indonesia, and it’s set to become mandatory at all points of entry very soon.
Since 1 Sep 2025, the card has been introduced in a pilot program at major international entry points like Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, and Batam. Here’s everything you need to know.

The All Indonesia portal is designed to simplify your arrival by combining all the usual forms—immigration, customs, health, and quarantine—into one single digital process, designed to streamline entry procedures and reduce time spent at the airport. This new system, which is compulsory and free, will be completed via the official app or website, replacing the traditional paper forms handed out on flights and at airports.
Note: The All Indonesia Arrival Card will become mandatory for all international passengers at all air entry points in the country from 1 October 2025.
How to complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card
The form is free and easy to complete. You can do it up to three days before your flight on the official website (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id) or through the All Indonesia app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play. While you’ll still be able to fill it out upon arrival by scanning a QR code, the authorities highly recommend completing it in advance. This is a crucial step to avoid potential delays at the airport and ensure a much smoother entry into the country.

Indonesian authorities say the new portal is designed to make entry both simpler and more secure. By eliminating the need for multiple paper declarations, the system ensures a more efficient and hassle-free experience for everyone. The digital format also gives officials better tools to manage border security and detect potential health risks.
“This application is not just about convenience; it’s also about protecting our country,” said Yuldi Yusman, acting Director of Immigration Traffic. “Every piece of data you provide is key to ensuring the security, health, and integrity of our borders.”
So, next time you’re getting ready for your Indonesian getaway, remember to add this to your checklist!
