Running from 28 June to 9 August 2025, the UOB Light Projection Show is part of the SG60 and NDP2025 Celebration, and also marks a major milestone for the bank’s own 90th anniversary.

The series of projections transforms the 280-metre-tall UOB Plaza 1 into one of the tallest and brightest projection surfaces in the world, using advanced mapping technology and storytelling through light.

Presented nightly along the Singapore River, this temporary installation reimagines the city’s skyline as a cultural stage, accessible to anyone with a view.

The UNITY Projection is a six-minute centrepiece divided into three acts: Time, Transformation, and Tomorrow. Through a mesmerising mix of visuals, it traces UOB’s evolution over the decades, mirroring Singapore’s own growth and resilience.

Meanwhile, the UOB Painting of the Year Projection, interspersed between UNITY showings, features projections of winning artworks from past editions of the UOB Painting of the Year competition. These vibrant, large-scale pieces celebrate local creativity and the diversity of Singapore’s visual arts scene.

In general, the projection show will also feature SG60 and National Day visuals that celebrate Singapore’s 60th year of independence and key moments in its nation-building story.
