6 Pet-Friendly Hotels in Singapore for a Pawsome Staycation

How does a private pool for your dog sound?

If you’re a fellow pet owner like me, you’ll know how hard it is to leave your furry friend at home. My furkid is the best at giving puppy dog eyes, which makes it 10 times harder to step out of the house. It’s even tougher when you’re planning to go for a staycation, because that means you’ll also have to find someone trustworthy to help care for your pet. Well, here’s an easy solution –– why not book a pet-friendly hotel in Singapore where you and your furkid can relax together? These hotels have exclusive packages guaranteed to make you and your pet’s stay a memorable one.

Pet-friendly hotels in Singapore

1. Capella Singapore

Located on Sentosa Island, Capella Singapore is the ultimate pet-friendly hotel in Singapore for beach-loving dogs (and humans!). Capella offers an Island Pet-cation package that includes a one-night accommodation in a luxurious villa for you and your pet. It also comes with your dog or cat’s very own welcome pack, as well as an in-room breakfast for two. Take your furkid for a swim at Palawan Beach –– which you’ll have direct access to from Capella –– or in your villa’s very own private pool!

You can also opt for a stay in any of Capella’s other rooms, like their Premier Garden King Room or Sentosa Suite that are also pet-friendly. However, do note that the Island Pet-cation package does not include these rooms, which means the deals in the package won’t apply.

Rates: Prices start from S$920 per night. More booking details here.

Address: 1 The Knolls, Sentosa Island, 098297

2. Intercontinental Singapore

Intercontinental Singapore is situated conveniently in the bustling area of Bugis, so everything you need is only a short walk away! The hotel offers a Pawfect Staycation package, which includes a stay in their Heritage Room or Heritage Suite. I recently brought my dog for a stay in their spacious Heritage Suite and she definitely enjoyed herself (a little too much, I think).

The package includes S$50 worth of in-room dining credits, breakfast for two, as well as a welcome basket for your pet. You’ll definitely be getting the most bang for your buck with this deal. Intercontinental also allows up to two dogs per room, as long as the total weight of both dogs does not exceed 30kg.

Rates: Prices start from S$350 per night. More booking details here.

Address: 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966

3. Four Seasons Singapore

If you’re looking for a staycation in the heart of the city, the Four Seasons hotel is for you. Located along Orchard Boulevard, this staycation option sits quite near Singapore’s largest shopping malls with plenty of food and entertainment options! You can even bring your pooch for a walk at the scenic Botanic Gardens, which is only a 10 minute jog away.

All rooms in the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore are pet-friendly –– all you need to do is pay an extra cleaning fee upon arrival. The fee for Deluxe, Boulevard, and Premier rooms is S$100, while the fee for suites is S$130. Do note that only dogs weighing a maximum of 11.5kg are allowed –– sorry big doggos! Each pet will receive a water bowl and a monogrammed towel with his or her name on it. How cute!

Rates: Prices start from S$327 per night (before the additional cleaning fee). More booking details here.

Address: 190 Orchard Boulevard, Singapore 248646

4. Amara Sanctuary Resort Singapore

A tranquil five-star resort away from the city, Amara Sanctuary is the ideal getaway for you and your pet. The Sentosa hotel is conveniently located near attractions such as Universal Studios and Madame Tussauds!

It also offers two different packages for your pet –– a Pampered Paws package for your dog, and a Pampered Meow package for your cat. The Pampered Paws package includes a stay at the hotel’s Courtyard Suite, while the latter includes accommodation in a Deluxe Room. Both come with a complimentary amenities kit for your furry friend as well as breakfast for two!

Rates: Prices start from S$250 per night for the Pampered Meow package, and S$500 per night for the Pampered Paws package. More booking details here.

Address: Sentosa Island, 1 Larkhill Rd, 099394

While this isn’t a hotel, the ample space of the chalet bungalows guarantees a comfortable stay for you and your pet. CSC at Loyang has three pet-friendly bungalows complete with a gorgeous view of the sea. Each bungalow has four bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room, dining area, as well as a private barbecue pit. There’s also a common dog run for your dog to expend his energy!

6. Gallop Kranji Farm Resort

Explore what’s left of Singapore’s “kampong life” in this charming resort hotel in Kranji. Each villa includes a night’s accommodation and complimentary breakfast. There’s much to do on the farm’s grounds during your stay. Try your hand at prawning, feeding koi fishes, or going on a tour of one of the resort’s many vegetable farms. Your pet is allowed in all areas of the farm, including its many restaurants! It’s truly a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
