After a sell-out run previously, the resort is bringing back this bucket-list experience with a brand-new gourmet menu and enhanced seating options, making it the ultimate destination for romantic anniversaries or a truly core-memory family celebration.

A New 4-Course Gourmet Menu

Forget standard theme park fare; this is a sophisticated culinary takeover. The 2026 refreshed menu features an elevated four-course selection:

• Appetiser: Black Forest Lux — Smoked Chicken with compressed beet and salted Kalamata olives.

• Soup: A velvety Roasted Asparagus Cream Soup with sun-dried Roma tomatoes.

• Main Course: Choose between a decadent Veal Wellington with duck fat potato purée, a Crusted Lamb Loin with pomegranate emulsion, or a classic Chicken Ballotine.

• Dessert: Coconut Nuvolina — a refreshing coconut panna cotta served with "chocolate soil."
