Celebrate the Vibrancy of Food in Hong Kong with This New Video Series!

Is there a better yum trail than the one in Hong Kong?

Hong Kong is easily one of the most famous foodie destinations in the world. A haven even for the pickiest palette, food in Hong Kong is a travel experience in and of itself. Whether it be delicious dim sum, hearty noodles, or those sinfully scrumptious curry fishballs, there’s plenty on offer for everyone.

After the last couple of years though, many of us have not been to Hong Kong in a long while. Apart from missing the metropolitan vibes of the city, I’m sure even more of us miss the food!

While we may not be able to explore Hong Kong’s busy streets or indulge in their tummy cuisine right now, we can certainly find new ways to reminisce!

Hong Kong Chefs’ Playbook is a four-part video series presented by Hong Kong Tourism Board in partnership with the esteemed Michelin Guide. Each video features one of Hong Kong’s talented Michelin-starred chefs.

Be siphoned off to the sights and sounds of Hong Kong as Vicky Lau, Shane Osborn, Vicky Cheng, and restaurateur Danny Yip take you on a virtual tour through the neighbourhoods of Yau Ma Tei, Wong Tai Sin, Tai O, and Aberdeen.

More than anything, it certainly provides avid foodies with great pointers on how to find the very best eats in Hong Kong and we’re definitely down with that! In fact, the first video, featuring Vicky Lau, is already out! Check it out here:

I don’t know about you, but watching it has already made my tummy rumble! Hopefully, I’ll be able to sample the world-class food in Hong Kong again soon!
