Voting

1. The voting period for the TripZilla Excellence Awards 2026 runs from 9 to 23 October 2026.
2. To submit their votes, participants must cast a vote in at least one (1) category across three (3) different sectors; and provide their name and email address.
3. Participants are not required to vote in every category.
4. Each participant is entitled to one (1) voting submission only. Multiple or duplicate submissions may be disqualified at the Organiser's discretion.
5. All participants who successfully submit a valid voting entry will be eligible for the lucky draw.
6. The Lucky Draw Winner will be selected by TripZilla (the “Organiser”) on 11 November 2026.
7. The Lucky Draw Winner will be notified using the contact details provided during voting. A winner announcement will also be made on TripZilla's Facebook page.
8. The Lucky Draw Winner must acknowledge the Organiser's notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt. If the Organiser is unable to obtain an acknowledgement within this period, it reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10. The Organiser's decision in relation to the lucky draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Prize

1. The prize is a SGD380 Shopping Voucher.
2. The prize will be awarded to the Lucky Draw Winner only and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
3. The shopping voucher is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of its issuer.
4. The Lucky Draw Winner is responsible for providing any information or completing any steps required for the issuance or redemption of the shopping voucher.
5. The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by the Lucky Draw Winner.
