With an insatiable curiosity for developing countries, Calesta enjoys exploring new cultures, meeting people from all walks of life, and constantly having her viewpoints being challenged. She believes that the best way to travel is on a budget and by land because that’s where she had some of the strangest and most memorable experiences in her life. Currently living in Johannesburg, she also spends half her time planning (mostly in her head) all the amazing places to visit in Africa.
