Cassandra NervaSingapore continues to add more countries to its VTL scheme, with quarantine-free travel open to Malaysia, Finland, and Sweden!
Right now, Singapore has VTL arrangements with more than 15 countries, with European destinations like Spain, Italy, and the UK, as well as popular countries like Australia and South Korea.

From 29 Nov 2021, quarantine-free travel will open to fully vaccinated travellers embarking on air travel between Singapore Changi Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport. At the time of writing, cross-border land travel is not valid for quarantine-free travel, but plans are currently underway to make this a possibility.
On the same date, fully vaccinated travellers can also enjoy two-way quarantine-free travel from Singapore to Sweden and Finland!

As with any other VTL arrangement, travellers will need to remain in a VTL country for at least 14 days in order to be eligible for a quarantine-free flight back to Singapore.
In other words, while European cross-border travel is allowed once you’ve landed in a VTL destination, do ensure that the other countries on your itinerary are part of Singapore’s VTL destinations coverage as well. Also, bear in mind that each country will have different travel restrictions depending on which country travellers are entering from.
