This October, Sakon Nakhon Wax Castle Festival will once again parade its artistically crafted wax castles on the streets of Wat Phra That Cherngchum Woravihara in Sakon Nakhon, Thailand. This event is celebrated annually from October 12 to 15 to mark the end of Buddhist’s Lent. The natives believe that the wax will welcome Lord Buddha who comes back from the heaven to help all living creatures on Earth.
