There is no photography trick. Horizontal Falls within Talbot Bay in Kimberley Coast, North Western Australia, is a true natural phenomenon.

The massive tidal movements create a waterfall effect as waters move against one side of the narrow gorges of the McLarty Range. The direction of the flow reverses when the tide changes. A four-metre high waterfall comes to life when the tide builds up faster than it can flow through the narrow passage. When the waters are calm, speed boats may pass through the rapids of the Horizontal Falls. The turquoise blue waters rushing in the middle of the magnificently rugged gorges backed by the scenic surroundings will certainly leave everyone gawping in admiration.
