The Maldives on Track to Completing Vaccination of its Tourism Sector

The Maldives Aims to Have the First Fully Vaccinated Tourism Sector

As of 23 Jun 2021, 70% of resort employees are fully vaccinated!

In order to expedite its vaccination process, the Maldives has had a campaign in place since 1 Feb 2021. This vaccination campaign, known as ‘I’m Vaccinated’, has been spearheaded by His Excellency President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih. It aims to provide free COVID-19 vaccines to all citizens and residents of the country.
