From 4 April, Tuesday, to 6 April, Thursday, ilLido at the Cliff brings forth the best from the hills and seas of a quaint seaside holiday town of Italy, Rimini, to your table. Featuring one Michelin-starred Guest Chef Gianpaolo Raschi, a Rimini native renowned for combining the freshest of ingredients and flavours from the rich coastal lands and the Adriatic Sea, ilLido at the Cliff presents the exquisite creations alongside breathtaking sea views of the South China Sea.

Chef Gianpaolo is famed for having built his family-run beach bar stall into an internationally acclaimed one Michelin Star restaurant – Guido, and has achieved this with his clever use of the best produce paired with an essence of tenderness inspired by his grandmother’s cooking. Choosing ilLido at the Cliff for his guest stint is perfect for recreating the Italian coastal dining that Guido offers. ilLido at the Cliff’s young and talented Chef de Cuisine, Simone Fraternali, will also be working alongside Chef Gianpaolo – bringing his passion and respect for Chef Gianpaolo to dedicate a better experience to the diners. To make this dining experience complete, ilLido’s partner Angra Wine & Spirit worked closely with Chef Gianpaolo to carefully handpick a selection of its finest wines to pair with the Chef’s masterful creations.

On 4 and 5 April, Tuesday and Wednesday, from 6.00pm to 10.30pm, rub shoulders with the mastermind behind delightful dishes such as, Chilled Red Prawn Minestrone with Almond Milk, Live Jade Blue Abalone and Razor Clams with Rucola and Oscietra Caviar, Spaghettoni with Sea Urchins, Paprika and Caramelised Onions, Crispy Beef Tenderloin with Smoked Potatoes and Truffle Butter. Available A la carte or a with 4- Course Dinner Menu priced at $118++ per person or $148++ per person with wine pairing, enjoy the incredibly light and fresh delicacies accompanied with stunning sunset and sea views.

Especially on 6 April, Thursday, 6.30pm to 10.30pm, Chef Gianpaolo collaborates with esteemed wine speaker and General Manager of Angra Wine & Spirits, Giacomo Pallesi, to present a dedicated 5-Course Gala Dinner Menu carefully curated with wine pairings. Priced at $148++ per person or $188++ per person with wine pairing, meet the men up close and personal to get refreshing insights behind Chef Gianpaolo’s creations and learn a tip or two from Giacomo.
