Heads Up, Foodies! Hong Kong is Having 2 Major Food Festivals this October & November

Two food festivals that are certain to tease palates and taste buds are heading your way.

The land of Michelin-Star dim sum, crispy egg tarts, and fresh char siew, Hong Kong has always been fondly remembered as a gourmet paradise.

Here’s a heads up to foodies who enjoy visiting Hong Kong: you can embark on an extraordinary gastronomic journey this October and November in Hong Kong at these two upcoming food festivals.

Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival

Dates: 26 – 29 October 2017

The Hong Kong Wine and Dine festival, in its ninth year running, returns from 26 – 29 October with a myriad of flavours to tease and tantalise taste buds. Themed “A Sparkling Exploration” this year, the festival celebrates taste and eye-catching visuals. A key highlight is Singapore’s very own local chef Janice Wong, the owner of 2am:dessertbar, will cook up dishes at the special culinary event in the Tasting Room.

For just HK$30 per person, taste fine wines, sparkling drinks and global gastronomic delights. Talk a walk through a bazaar of delicious food favourites accompanied by live music amid Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour skyline.

The top 100 travellers who book their Hong Kong accommodation on Agoda with a UOB card, will also receive a complimentary Bonus Pack worth HK$125 (including admission and 4 wine tokens).

Hong Kong Great November Feast

Dates: 1 – 30 November 2017

After indulging in delectable cuisine for four days, head over to the Hong Kong Great November Feast which runs from 1 – 30 November 2017. This feast sees Hong Kong engaging in a month-long series of gourmet happening and dining offers for visitors to experience a unique gastronomic indulgence in Hong Kong. Even better if you’re a seafood lover, as hotels and restaurants in the city will launch exotic Crab menu this year.
