Following the example of the United Kingdom, France has scrapped all domestic COVID-19 restrictions. All vaccinated travellers are welcome to enter France without submitting a negative COVID-19 test. Unvaccinated travellers, or those who are not fully vaccinated, may only enter the country for special circumstances and must have a compelling reason to travel. Leisure travel is not considered as a compelling reason.
Fully vaccinated travellers who are 18 years old and over are also required to have a booster shot if they had completed their first set of vaccines over nine months before travelling to France.
France accepts the following vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson. Sinovac and Sinopharm are also accepted if the traveller’s booster is Moderna or Pfizer.

As mentioned above, fully vaccinated travellers don’t need to present any negative test results. The country’s Vaccine Pass and Health Pass used for public places and transportation have also been scrapped.
However, travellers need to fill out a sworn declaration to present to border officials. The declaration must state that they have no COVID-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case in the past 14 days before travelling. The declaration will also ask for travellers’ consent to be possibly tested once they land in France. You may get the declaration template here.
Upon arrival, travellers must download the TousAntiCovid app on their mobile phones.
In the case of children or dependents
Children under 12 years old are exempted from all COVID-19 restrictions in France, which means they do not have to present a vaccination certificate either. Unvaccinated children who are 12 years and older can enter France if they present a negative RT-PCR test result taken in the last 72 hours. Rapid antigen test results taken within 48 hours pre-departure are also accepted.
Singapore – France VTL
Singapore currently maintains a Vaccinated Travel Lane with France, which allows quarantine-free travel between the two countries. Fully vaccinated Singaporeans may travel to France without submitting a negative COVID-19 test result. They must also fill out the sworn declaration to confirm they have no COVID-19 symptoms.
However, starting 1 April 2022, Singapore will be dropping its VTLs. All travellers vaccinated against COVID-19 and children aged 12 and below will be able to enter Singapore with just a pre-departure COVID-19 test starting from 11.59pm on 31 March 2022.

Wearing masks is still compulsory when riding cabs or hired private vehicles. However, travellers and tourists no longer need to wear masks inside buildings except in hospitals and care homes. As the vaccine pass has been scrapped, there’s no need to present anything when going inside bars, cafes, museums, cinemas, and theme parks.
